Podcast Guest Agreement

2.1 Grant of License. Guest grants NexLvel a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and create derivative works from the recorded content ("Content") in any format or medium, including but not limited to audio, video, text transcriptions, social media clips, and promotional materials.

2.2 Guest Retains Ownership. Guest retains ownership of their original ideas, expertise, and intellectual property shared during the recording. This agreement does not transfer ownership of Guest's pre-existing intellectual property.

2.3 Editing Rights. NexLvel reserves the right to edit, modify, or adapt the Content for clarity, length, quality, or format. We will not materially alter the meaning or context of Guest's statements without consent.

3.1 Distribution Platforms. Content may be distributed across all platforms including but not limited to: Apple Podcasts, Spotify, YouTube, NexLvel.com, social media channels, email newsletters, and third-party syndication partners.

3.2 Guest Promotion. Guest agrees to make reasonable efforts to promote their episode through their own channels, including social media, email lists, and professional networks. NexLvel will provide promotional assets and suggested copy.

3.3 Cross-Promotion. NexLvel may feature Guest's name, likeness, bio, and headshot in promotional materials related to the podcast episode.

4.1 No Monetary Compensation. Guest participation is voluntary and unpaid. The primary benefit is exposure to NexLvel's audience and the opportunity to establish thought leadership.

4.2 Promotional Value. In exchange for participation, NexLvel will provide: full episode promotion across all channels, a dedicated episode page on NexLvel.com, social media clips and promotional assets, and a backlink to Guest's website or preferred URL.

Guest represents and warrants that:

• All information provided in the application is truthful and accurate.
• Guest has the authority to enter into this agreement.
• Content shared during recording does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
• Guest will not share confidential, defamatory, or misleading information during the recording.
• Guest is not under any contractual obligation that would prevent participation.

6.1 Cancellation. Either party may cancel a scheduled recording with at least 48 hours' notice. Repeated cancellations may result in removal from the guest program.

6.2 Content Removal. Guest may request removal of their episode by contacting NexLvel in writing. NexLvel will make reasonable efforts to remove the content within 30 business days, though previously distributed copies on third-party platforms may remain accessible.
