Either party can cancel with written notice. You remain responsible for all fees and commissions owed through the cancellation date. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime; annual plans can be cancelled with 30 days notice.
Yes! You can add brokers to your team at any time. Your monthly fee will be adjusted to reflect the new team size, effective the next billing cycle.
