Community Guidelines

Last updated: March 4, 2026

NexLvel communities are built on mutual respect, shared knowledge, and a genuine desire to help fellow business owners succeed. These guidelines exist to keep our communities safe, productive, and valuable for everyone.

1. Be Respectful

Treat every member with respect and professionalism. Disagreements are natural, but personal attacks, insults, name-calling, and bullying are never acceptable. Engage with ideas, not individuals. Remember that behind every post is a real person working hard to build their business.

2. Share Genuine Value

Our communities thrive when members share real experiences, practical advice, and honest insights. When answering questions or contributing to discussions, aim to be helpful and specific. Share what has actually worked (or not worked) for you rather than generic advice.

3. No Spam or Self-Promotion

Do not use the community to spam, advertise, or promote your products, services, or affiliate links. Occasional mentions of your business in context (e.g., sharing a relevant case study) are fine, but repeated or unsolicited promotion will result in content removal and potential account suspension.

4. Protect Confidentiality

Do not share confidential or proprietary information belonging to others, including trade secrets, private financial data, employee information, or client details. If you reference a real business situation, anonymize the details to protect the parties involved.

5. No Illegal Content

Do not post content that is illegal, promotes illegal activities, or violates any applicable laws or regulations. This includes but is not limited to fraud, money laundering, tax evasion, or any scheme that could harm others.

6. No Harassment or Discrimination

Harassment, threats, intimidation, and discrimination based on race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, nationality, disability, or any other protected characteristic are strictly prohibited. We are committed to maintaining an inclusive environment where all business owners feel welcome.

7. Respect Intellectual Property

Do not post content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others. This includes copyrighted materials, trademarked content, and patented processes. When sharing information from external sources, provide proper attribution and links.

8. Content Is Not Professional Advice

Remember that community discussions are for informational and educational purposes only. Content shared by members and experts does not constitute professional legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice. Always consult qualified professionals before making significant business decisions.

9. Report Violations

If you see content that violates these guidelines, please report it to our team. Do not engage with or escalate the situation. We will review all reports and take appropriate action, which may include content removal, warnings, or account suspension.

10. Enforcement

Violations of these guidelines may result in the following actions at our sole discretion:

  • First offense: Content removal and a warning
  • Second offense: Temporary suspension from the community
  • Third offense: Permanent ban from the platform
  • Severe violations: Immediate permanent ban without prior warning
